What will it cost…

Our pricing model is based on true costs. Consultants are compensated at an hourly rate, and their individual rates are based on location, experience, specialty focus and education. Clients are billed for each individual consultant on an hourly rate, on a biweekly cycle. Search Wizards is committed to providing you with quality consultants at a competitive price. You will always get the best talent available for your project, within your budget.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

The time to identify, select and engage the right consultant for your engagement is highly dependent on your ability to assist us with the selection. In most cases, you will receive a selection of qualified candidates for review, within 24 hours of your request. Depending on your selection process, we will move the candidates forward as you identify each selection.


What kind of background checks do you provide?

We conduct a series of reference checks on each applicant, based on the work history they have provided. In addition, we work with the top background investigation vendors to complete a thorough investigation on each new hire prior to the start of their client engagement. We are happy to comply with any additional investigations requested.


What kind of jobs do you fill?

Search Wizards is a full-service staffing company with a focus on supporting the Talent Acquisition function of our clients. Our core competency is the contract placement of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators.
