More than 50 percent of our active assignments are filled with candidates we have previously had on a client assignment, enabling us to personally endorse their results on a client team. Our business has been built on referrals, and 70 percent of our candidates have been referred to us by their peers or managers.
Each Candidate Is Fully Vetted
We employ an internal support team that is responsible for completing our due diligence process on each consultant once an offer has been extended, including: reference checks, background investigations and drug screens (upon request). We have established partnerships with multiple background check vendors; however, we are always agreeable to working within your process if preferred.
Don’t Sweat the Details
As the Employer of Record, our internal payroll team will handle the entire onboarding process, including: payroll setup, benefits administration, 401(k) participation, tax documents and employment eligibility.
