Consultant FAQs

How soon can I start working?

Once the offer has been extended and accepted, our onboarding process is smooth and streamlined. Our onboarding team will walk you through the process to get you started, including direct deposit, tax documents, benefits election, job description, timesheets, etc.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?

While it is unlikely that we would get to the offer stage on a position that does not interest you – we understand that not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

While on assignment, what expenses are reimbursable?

Each client assignment is unique. Business related travel is always covered by the client. When business travel is required, we have an internal Travel Coordinator that will book your air and hotel so that you incur minimal out-of-pocket expenses. Prior to your trip, you will be provided with your client’s travel policy. Reimbursements are processed each pay cycle.

Do you offer direct deposit?

Yes. It is mandatory that you set up direct deposit to a U.S. financial institution prior to your start date.

What happens if my assignment ends?

As you near the end of your assignment, you are moved to top priority. Your Search Wizards Recruiter will work with you to identify a new role by making you aware of all of our current opportunities.

How can I stay informed about open positions?

You are always welcome to view our current openings on our Search Jobs page, our Facebook page and/or reach out to your Search Wizards Recruiter.
