As the founder of Search Wizards, I am continually in awe of the company that we are today, and where we are going. What started out as a little enterprise in my basement has grown to an organization that has had the opportunity to work with so many incredible companies, and represent the industry’s top recruiting talent. We are proud to have employed 1800+ consultants over the past 17 years, and I’m confidant that the best is yet to come.
As the industry has evolved and exploded, Search Wizards has continued to grow and innovate to be a Tier 1 service provider. We have seen the technology rise to meet the constant demand for creative new ways to win the war on talent, to include: building pipelines, ATS, background investigations, onboarding tools, resume search, job posting, recruitment marketing, artificial intelligence, employment brand, candidate experience, etc.
Our original website launched in 2007, and it was not much more than a brochure outlining our services, and some of the key buzz words reflective of the industry at that time. As we have evolved, it became obvious that both the layout and functionality were outdated and was not reflective of who Search Wizards had become as a company. As we embarked on the journey to create a new website, it reminded me that while our logo and “label” has changed over the years, our business model and core service offerings have remained the same – because they work! Our ability to continue to identify, screen, develop and engage Recruiting and Sourcing Talent is key to our success in meeting our clients’ continued and growing demands. I think that it is fair to say that over the past 15+ years we have had the opportunity to “work out the kinks”. We have continued to implement new technologies and add to our internal support team to allow us to streamline and perfect our process.
While we have evolved over the years, our core values remain the same:

• and to treat everyone with fairness and respect.
Our brand has been synonymous of our commitment to customer service and our ability to provide key recruiting talent. We have never lost focus on our mission, MAKE TALENT SOLUTIONS HAPPEN. We have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some of the best corporate recruiting teams in the world, augmenting their services with our teams of highly skilled recruiting and sourcing talent.
It is humbling and reflective to take a look back to where we started and stand here today knowing that the model and values that Search Wizards was founded on is a model that works.
