With over two decades of experience in the talent acquisition space, Miranda has been an instrumental figure at Search Wizards since joining in 2006.
Known for her innovative leadership style, Miranda has spearheaded the company's remarkable growth, surpassing industry standards and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Amy Bukovich Gump
CFO/COO
Amy is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and operations.
Once a Division I athlete, she has transitioned from showcasing her talents on the field to becoming our resident expert of all things’ numbers and processes.
She currently serves as CFO/COO. Joining the company in 2015, she has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.
She infuses our team with her boundless energy, drive, and competitive spirit, serving as a catalytic force propelling us forward.
Talise Gary
Director of Recruiting
Talise Gary is a dynamic professional whose journey began in 1998 when she ventured into the world of human resources after enlisting in the Air Force. Spending eight impactful years there, she honed her skills in supporting performance management and benefits.
Today, Talise boasts over 15 years of experience in the recruiting field. As the Director of Recruiting at Search Wizards, she’s the wizard behind the curtain, leading a team of recruiters, and orchestrating the perfect matches between talent and opportunity. She is dedicated to helping people find their place in the professional world. With her guidance, countless individuals have landed their dream jobs, turning aspirations into achievements.
