3. Technology and Automation 

Agility is key in successful recruitment, especially now. It improves key metrics, including time to hire, quality of hire, and cost per hire. Texting is a highly effective way to engage and communicate with candidates. And with chatbots, you can better qualify them prior to any human interaction.
